AAA Services      

The AAA Hospitality Desk on Main Street, U.S.A., MAGIC Kingdom Park, is your center for assistance with current and future travel plans. The Car Care Center, presented by MA, is located next to the Exxon TigerMart near the MAGIC KINGDOM Park Toll Plaza and provides auto repair services. Touch 407-824-0976. Should your vehicle become disabled during your visit, complimentary towing is provided by AAA.

 Airport Shuttle Service

 Mears Airport Shuttle boards in our Transportation Area in the main building. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance and should be scheduled at least 2 hours prior to flight departure. For more information, Touch 407-423-5566.

 Automobile Rental

A National CarRental Office is located adjacent to the Exxon station at the MAGIC KINGDOM Park Auto Plaza. Shuttle service is available to and from the office 7 days a week from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Shuttle service should be scheduled 1 hour in advance.  Banking-

 A full-service SunTrust Bank is located across the boulevard from the Downtown Disney Marketplace. Services include foreign currency exchange; traveler's checks, cashier's checks, money orders and emergency check cashing. Automatic Teller Machines are located in the MAGIC KINGDOM Park, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios, the DOWNTOWN DISNEY area (Marketplace, Pleasure Island and West Side), at the SunTrust Bank across the boulevard from the DOWNTOWN DISNEY area and in select WALT DISNEY WORLD Resorts (lobby area).

 Cashier

Cashiers are available in the main lobby, 24 hours a day. Touch FRONT DESK.

 Check-In Time

Normal check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. For early travelers, every effort will be made to get you settled in as soon as possible.

 Check-Out Time

 Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. Express check-out is available to Guests with American Express, MasterCard, VISA, The Disney Credit Card, Discover; Diner's Club, JCB. Please inquire at the Front Desk or Touch FRONT DESK.

 Children's Activity Centers

KinderCare offers in-room and drop-off child care services.  Reservations should be made 24 hours in advance. Touch 407-827-5444.

 Church services

An outdoor Catholic Mass is offered at 8:00 am. and 10:15 am. and a Protestant service at 9:00 am on Sundays at Disney's Polynesian Resort Luau Cove. For more information on other denominational services, check with the Front Desk or Touch DISNEY INFORMATION

 For charges during your visit, Disney welcomes American Express, MasterCard, VISA, The The Disney Credit Card, Discover, Diner's Club, JBC, personal checks (drawn on USA or Canadian banks only, with driver's license and major credit card for signature verification), traveler's checks, cash or Disney Dollars.  Dining Around the World

Resort guests can make dining Priority Seating the same day and up to 60 days in advance at most locations for the MAGIC KINGDOM Park, Epcot, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, and Disney-MGM Studios and Resort table service restau­rants. Disney Dollars, the official currency WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort and DISNEYLAND Park are available at the Front Desk in $1, $5 and $10 denominations.

 For all emergencies, Touch 911. First Aid centers are located within the MAGIC KINGDOM Park, Epcot, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, and Disney-MGM Studios and are open during normal Park hours.

Hospital

Central Care In-Room delivers quality in ­room medical care 24-hours daily. For appointments, Touch 407-238-2000. Central Care Walk-In Medical Care is open 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. daily.  Florist

The WALT DISNEY WORLD Florist, an FTD affiliate, offers floral arrangements, dish gardens, fruit baskets, snack food baskets. Cheese trays and wine or sparkling wine for delivery anywhere in the U.S. and Canada To order, Touch 407-827-3505.

 Guests can exchange most foreign currency at the Front Desk.

For your convenience, Exxon has TigerMarts at three locations   next to the MAGIC KINGDOM Park Auto Plaza (407 824~82S7) across from Pleasure Island (407~84146) and across the boulevard from Disney MGM Studios (407 560-0467) Each offers   a convenience store/gift shop aids   and self serve gas.

 Hair Styling

  Full service styling saloons, offering the latest techniques in hair care and services such as facials, waxing, manicures and pedicures are available in several locations.  For special services including irons, ironing boards, bed rails, extra pillows and blankets, baby cribs, side rails or extra hangers, Touch HOUSEKEEPING. A limited number of refrigerators are available - a daily charge applies. For your safety, special containers are provided by Housekeeping for disposal of hypodermic needles and razor blades.

Upon check-in, please leave your baggage with the Luggage assistance staff in front of the Resort. Take any items you would like to keep with you and we will deliver your belongings as scheduled.  Shop at any merchandise location at the MAGIC KINGDOM Park, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, DOWNTOWN DISNEY Marketplace, DOWNTOWN DISNEY Pleasure Island or DOWNTOWN DISNEY West Side and have your packages delivered to your Resort while you continue to have fun! Your merchandise packages are available for pick up the next day after 12:00 noon.
